These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.makhana.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from it. The Website is operated by Madhubani Makhana Private Limited ("Makhana.com", "we", "us"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and information
We try to describe our products, prices and pack details accurately. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Ingredient, nutrition and allergen information is printed on each pack, and you should read it before consuming the product.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are currently prepaid only. We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation
An order is confirmed once payment is successful. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
