Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on www.makhana.com are processed, shipped and delivered.

Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Any applicable charges, offers or discounts are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Payment
All orders are currently prepaid only. You can pay using the online payment methods available at checkout, such as UPI and cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on a non-business day are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals or other events outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order tracking
Orders are shipped through our courier partners via Shiprocket. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable, please contact us and we will help arrange the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on delivery. If any product arrives damaged, expired, spoiled or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
